Metes and Bounds

Metes and Bounds turns data into a deed plot map. It can calculate square feet, acreage and hectares.

Enter measurements in rods, chains, meters, yards, inches, fathoms, hands, spans, or furlongs. Angles can be given down to minutes and seconds. Can auto-close a plot drawing if the final plot segment is missing. Calculate area. Custom labels and backgrounds. Split single plots into multiple plots. GPS Waypoints and more.

• The most recently added call is now visible in the call list box after it is added and the list box has a scrollbar.

Fixed

• A new layer is no longer created if the rotate-layer command fails.
• Rotating a layer now handles hidden calls better.
• Fixed an error that could occur when the page-setup settings resulted in a paper size with a 0 width or a 0 height.
• The measurement line now always draws over floating pictures.
• The measurement tool menu is now enabled as long as the drawing contains at least 1 call or the background image has been set, even if the current layer does not contain any calls.
• Fixed an error that could occur when attempting to draw in-line calls for improperly formed chord and radial curves.
• When editing a curve, the "call text as entered" is now updated.
• Fixed an issue with bad chord-bearing curves causing a lock up.
• Renaming a layer when using tabs now renames the layer across all tabs.
• The lock-to-layer menu on the background-picture form now checks the correct menu when the drop-down menu is shown.
• Fixed an issue with deleting a layer when using tabs.
